Chicken Fried Cats, local favorite band best known for its Texafornian Outlaw Honky Tonk tunes, will be on stage performing live music. When you need a break from ripping up the dance floor, grab eats from Outlaw Food Truck. Known in California for its refined my menu offering house smoked pork, seasoned chicken and fried risotto (Arancini). A true culinary Outlaw that has taken classical cooking beyond laws of the culinary world!
